Privacy policy

What we process

We process the account email you use to sign in, your credit activity, and the text you submit to a tool. Tool text is sent only to create the result you request. We currently record usage totals and estimated processing cost, not a copy of your tool input or result.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive personal information.

AI processing

To generate a result, submitted tool text is processed by our third-party AI service provider. We select and configure that service for the product; we do not display a provider name in the tool interface. Do not use the service for content you are not authorized to share.

Account and payments

We use our authentication provider to send password-free sign-in links and to maintain your account and credit balance. If credit purchases are enabled, card data is handled by our payment provider and is not stored by Tavunio.

Retention and your choices

Account and credit records are kept while your account is active so we can provide the service and prevent misuse. A support contact and account-deletion process will be published before public launch.
