When a credit is used

Credits are deducted only after a tool returns a successful result. If a request fails before a usable result is returned, the credit is automatically refunded.

Credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Credits do not expire while Tavunio keeps the service available. The First top-up offer is limited to one successful purchase per account.

Refund requests

If you believe a payment was duplicated, unauthorized, or did not add the purchased credits, contact support with the email used for your account and the Stripe payment receipt. We review requests individually and honor rights that apply in your location.
